from a passionate family to you…

Our Mission

At Mama Chow we aim to transport our guests to the (most likely) humid streets of Asia through our food, drink and design. Our menu boasts a plethora of options one might find when visiting a hawker center accompanied by unique Asian inspired libations served to you by knowledgable and friendly staff.

What is hawker fare?

Oxford Dictionaries denotes hawker (noun): a person who travels selling about goods, typically advertising them by shouting. This is the foundation of where Wikipedia’s definition is derived from "a hawker centre or cooked food centre (Chinese: 小贩中心; pinyin: xiǎofàn zhōngxīn or Chinese: 熟食中心; pinyin: shúshí zhōngxīn) is an open-air complex in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and the Riau Islands in Indonesia housing many stalls that sell a variety of inexpensive food.”

What kind of food can I find on the menu?
